We recently completed a fantastic project for a customer right here in Maroochydore on the Sunshine Coast, transforming their carpet offcuts into five beautiful, custom-sized wool mats. Our client had some high-quality wool carpet offcuts that were too good to waste. They needed five custom mats to fit specific areas. Our process began by carefully straightening their offcuts, preparing them for a flawless finish.

Once prepped, we then cafefully overlocked the edges of each of the five mats. This not only creates a wonderfully neat and durable border, preventing any fraying, but also elevates the overall look of the wool. The result was a collection of bespoke, luxurious mats that perfectly complemented their Maroochydore home, offering warmth, noise reduction, and floor protection.
