Overlocking.com.au provides professional carpet overlocking services for carpet mats, rugs, runners and custom carpet projects.

All services are subject to assessment, availability and acceptance.

2. Online Estimate & Quote Tool

Our website includes an online estimate and quote tool designed to assist customers with obtaining pricing information.

The tool may provide:

Instant estimates for eligible doormats and small mats.
Personalised quote requests for larger mats, rugs, runners and custom projects.

Instant estimates are provided as a guide only and do not constitute a final quotation.

Final pricing is confirmed after we review your submitted measurements, project details, photographs (where provided) and any additional service requirements.

Submitting a quote request does not create a booking or contract for services.

3. Customer Measurements

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements when using our online estimate and quote tool.

Incorrect measurements may affect pricing and may require a revised quotation.

If you are unsure of your measurements, please contact us before proceeding.

4. Pricing

Pricing varies depending on factors including:

All overlocking services are subject to a minimum charge of $70.

Unless otherwise stated, prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD).

All submitted quote requests are reviewed before acceptance.

Where required, we may contact you to obtain additional information or photographs before confirming your quotation.

Final pricing may differ from the online estimate where:

measurements differ;
additional work is required;
carpet condition affects the service;
or the submitted information is incomplete or inaccurate.

6. Carpet Suitability

While we take great care in assessing each project, not every carpet or mat is suitable for overlocking.

We reserve the right to decline work where we believe the carpet, backing or condition is unsuitable for the requested service.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

measurements are accurate;
photographs fairly represent the project where requested;
carpet supplied belongs to them or they have authority to request the work;
any special requirements are disclosed before work commences.

8. Bookings

Submitting an online quote request does not guarantee a booking.

Bookings are confirmed only after we have accepted the project and arranged a suitable drop-off or collection time where applicable.

9. Payment

Payment terms will be advised when your quotation is confirmed.

Unless otherwise agreed, payment is required in accordance with the terms provided at the time of booking.

10. Limitation of Liability

We take reasonable care in providing our services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Overlocking.com.au shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website, the online estimate tool or the services provided.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.
